Web browsers have evolved greatly in the past 5 years. This site takes advantage of new advances in the compliance of web browser manufacturers to the W3C's CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) standards (CSS1 and CSS2), which represent a major step forward in the seperation of web content from design, and in the easy creation of cross-platform stylized web pages. However, a drawback of designing to these new standards is that the major software manufacturers do not agree on how to implement them, and older browsers may occasionally be left behind by advances. While this site should be usable by older browsers (IE 4, NS 4.x, etc.), it will likely be an unattractive mess. Apologies in advance.
